BEST AND FAIREST - A GRADE
| In 1900 the best and fairest A Grade player was awarded the "Best Player Medal" which was later in 1905 and 1906 donated as the "DF Warmington Medal". The honor became the “G.S.F.C. Club Trophy" in the thirties, and was named as the "J.S. Hoath Cup" in 1937. In the 1940s the Nottle Brothers supplied a "Most Useful and Unselfish" trophy, almost certainly the A Grade top honor. Since 1973, the A Grade best and fairest award has been the "Life Members Trophy." |
